My circuit dreams and wiring

These padded walls and medicine —a cage for your machine.

And while you sleep, I won’t leave, this feather needs a wing.

By the way, my mind just flew away.

Open eyed, and doll-eyed blind, but I know you’re near.

My screams become a battle cry that I know you’ll hear.
